By making a purchase provided by the web site, the customer is accepting these terms and conditions in full.

All lead times / shipping times are given as a guide only and The African Corner is not responsible or liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, service continuity disruptions or high demand.

Additional Costs
Additional costs are as shown with the price of goods or services ordered.

The Right To Cancel Your Order
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order, for any reason, within 7 working days of placing your order. However, this right to cancel only applies non-perishable goods.

By placing an order for non-returnable goods that will be delivered / supplied before the 7 day cooling off period has expired, you are agreeing to forfeit your right to cancel after non-returnable goods have been shipped.

If you do decide to cancel your order with in the cooling off period, and this cancellation meets the above requirements, your money will be refunded in full.

Returnable goods must be returned to The African Corner within 21 days of cancellation, in original condition, at the customer's expense.

Service Continuity
The African Corner will not be held liable for any lack of continuity of our services, nor for any losses or circumstances arising from lack of service continuity.

Security
All credit card transactions are processed by (PayPal). No information regarding credit card details is transmitted to The African Corner, and The African Corner cannot be held responsible for fraudulent or misuse of credit cards or credit card information.
